If you need is a few kilos fat, this diet is for you. You should do many good nutritious meals during the day and exercises to stimulate your appetite.
Then, a scheme for gaining weight:
First day
Breakfast: some natural fruit juice, coffee or chocolate milk and invoices.
Mid-morning: tea of choice and sweet biscuits.

Lunch: pasta with tomato sauce choice that contains some sort of stew and strawberries with cream. You can choose another dessert if it’s something nutritious to eat the amount you want to accompany white bread and pasta with grated cheese.
Snack: tea cut with milk or milk toast spread with jam, sweet butter.
Mid-afternoon: repeat eaten in mid-morning or take any kind of soda with salt marsh or deli snack choice.
Dinner: pork, potato chips, salad and yogurt with cereal choice. You want to eat as much white bread.
Third day
Breakfast: some natural fruit juice, coffee or chocolate milk and invoices.
Mid-morning: tea of choice and sweet biscuits.
Food: Provencal liver or other seasoning, fried spinach sandwiches and fruit of choice. You want to eat as much white bread.
Snack: tea cut with milk or milk toast spread with jam, sweet butter.
Mid-afternoon: repeat eaten in mid-morning or take some type of gas sold off along with a snack or cold cuts of choice.
Dinner: fried fish filet, salad with choice of potato and tortilla shortbread choice. You want to eat as much white bread.
