As you probably already know this diet is to do fasts (two different types) according to the lunar phase that is giving you. We have already published a list of everything you need to do the diet of the moon 2012 but as it was earlier this year some of you may not remember. So I decided to do so every month.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">These are the days and hours to do the diet of the moon in April.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Day 1: 01 h 23 m: First Quarter Moon. Corresponds to half fast<br />
Day 8: 09 h 41 m: Full Moon. We have to do a complete fast.<br />
Day 15: 01 h 27 m: Quarter. Half again corresponds fasting.<br />
Day 22: 14 h 29 m: New Moon. Complete fast.<br />
Day 30: 19 h 42 m: First Quarter Moon. Medium fast.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">All these fasts have a duration of 26 hours. And besides, as the country where we reside we have to make an account to know the local time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Finally to make the diet of the moon in Spain we must add one hour to the time given.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For Uruguay we subtract 3 hours.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For Argentina, Venezuela, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Bolivia or Chile to subtract 4 hours to the schedule given.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To make the diet of the moon in Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Cuba to the schedule we subtract 5 hours.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To make the diet of the moon in Mexico we are a bit complicated because it has 3 different time zones. For center hours to subtract 6 hours.</p>
